This interlock is ideal where allignment is extremely difficult by providing free movement of the bolt through a heavy duty stainless steel welded link chain attachment. Both surface and through hole mounting versions are available.

These Interlocks incorporate an integral positive drive operation of a limit switch rated at 240V/ 10 A . Other voltage and current ratings are available on specific request. They are intended to provide remote status indication or to operate associated equipment such as exhaust fans or illumination. The Figure type model is ILLS and the Pin type model is ILJ.
Note : None of the bolt type interlocks including the above are recommended for guard interlocking, unless the bolt movement is controlled by a cam/other similar arrangement to prevent the bolt being extended in the “guard –open” condition, thus allowing the control key to be removed. Only access Door Interlocks should be used for such applications. These are popularly used in robot cell applications. Normally they are available as front plate mounting versions. Integral switching can be provided to operate at any desired interlocking sequences. Mounting bracket to accommodate misalignmentisavailableinthismodel also.
